This design looks like its been mono printed, the rough texture at the top of the page and around the animal is a result of that. I think the combination of the tiger and the cow is hard to see and people may not realise first time.
The design does not work in my opinion. I personally don't understand the message and feel the use of type is not bringing out the message.
